Bahia Grass Characteristics:
- Commonly called "Pasture Grass." It's extremely hardy
- It tolerates drought well. Even in the winter when it turns brown, it can turn green almost overnight as the spring rains come
- Subject to mole crickets
- Thins out each year, as it doesn't spread like St. Augustine
