Mulch serves many year-round, garden-enhancing purposes. In the winter, it acts as a blanket to protect precious plant roots from being damaged by frost and cold weather. In the summer, mulch helps to retain water in the ground so the plants need less watering. For this reason, our company recommends that you always top off your mulch in the fall and spring. If you're looking to control your weeds, be sure to apply mulch to landscaping at least two to four inches deep for optimum control.
All of our products are made from harvested trees. We are proud to say that we do not use any scrap lumber or yard waste when manufacturing our products.
